1. Nature of our business

Peptara Labs Media (“Peptara Labs Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a trade name and operating division of Peptara Labs LLC, a limited liability company. We are a professional creative, media, and marketing services agency serving businesses in the longevity, wellness, and health-science sectors.

Our services include, without limitation: brand strategy and identity, graphic and web design, website development, photography and video production, content creation, social media management, marketing and advertising strategy, paid media planning and campaign management, and copywriting and editorial services.

Every engagement with Peptara Labs Media is a business-to-business (B2B) professional services relationship, governed by a written services agreement. Our clients are businesses, not individual patients or consumers seeking health products or care.

2. What we do not do

To avoid any ambiguity for our clients, their customers, advertising platforms, and payment processors, we state clearly that Peptara Labs LLC and Peptara Labs Media do not:

• Sell, offer for sale, supply, manufacture, compound, label, distribute, import, export, dispense, or ship any peptide, supplement, pharmaceutical, drug, research chemical, or any other physical or ingestible product;
• Take possession of, fulfil, or handle any physical inventory on behalf of clients;
• Provide medical, clinical, diagnostic, prescribing, dosing, or treatment advice to any person;
• Operate as a pharmacy, clinic, compounding facility, laboratory, or healthcare provider;
• Make or endorse claims that any product cures, treats, prevents, or mitigates any disease or health condition.

3. No medical advice

Nothing produced, published, or communicated by Peptara Labs Media — on this website, in client deliverables, or in any campaign — constitutes medical advice, and none of it should be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical guidance.

We do not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, or advise any individual on what to take or how much to take. Any health-related information that appears in work we produce for clients is provided for general educational and marketing purposes on the client's behalf and remains the client's responsibility. Consumers should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.

4. No product sales

Peptara Labs Media does not operate an online store and does not process transactions for physical goods. Any payment you make to Peptara Labs LLC is exclusively for the professional services described in your services agreement or invoice — for example, design hours, production, media management, or a marketing retainer.

5. Client responsibilities

Our clients retain full ownership of, and sole responsibility for, their products and business. As a condition of engaging us, each client is responsible for ensuring that:

• Their products are lawful to sell in the markets they target, and are properly registered, labeled, and handled as required by law;
• All product claims, ingredient statements, and health-related representations they ask us to communicate are truthful, substantiated, and lawful;
• Their business holds all licenses, registrations, and approvals required for its activities;
• The marketing we produce is reviewed and approved by the client (and, where appropriate, the client's legal or regulatory counsel) before publication.

We reserve the right to decline, pause, or discontinue any work, or to require modification of any claim, that we believe may be misleading, non-compliant, or in violation of applicable law or platform policy.

6. Advertising standards

We aim to produce marketing that is honest, substantiated, and compliant. In doing so, we work to align client campaigns with applicable advertising standards and platform policies, which may include:

• The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules on truthful, non-deceptive, and substantiated advertising and clear disclosure of material connections;
• U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) principles distinguishing permissible structure/function communication from prohibited disease claims for dietary supplements and cosmetics;
• The advertising and community policies of platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and others.

We are a marketing services provider, not a law firm, and nothing here is legal or regulatory advice. Clients are responsible for obtaining their own legal and regulatory advice regarding their products and claims.

7. Payments & billing

All invoices are issued by, and all payments are collected by, Peptara Labs LLC. Charges reflect professional services rendered — such as retainers, project fees, production costs, and media management fees — and never the purchase of a physical product. Statement descriptors and receipts identify Peptara Labs LLC as a marketing services provider. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with the terms of the relevant services agreement.

8. Notice to platforms & payment processors

This notice is provided to assist advertising platforms, payment processors, banks, and other partners in understanding our business:

• Peptara Labs LLC (operating as Peptara Labs Media) is a marketing and creative services agency. Our revenue derives solely from professional services.
• We are not a seller, distributor, or fulfiller of peptides, supplements, pharmaceuticals, or any regulated physical product.
• We do not provide medical services or advice.
• Our transactions are B2B service payments, not consumer product sales.

9. Intellectual property

This website, including its design, code, text, and graphics, is the property of Peptara Labs LLC unless otherwise noted. Brand names, campaign concepts, and imagery presented as examples are illustrative of our service capabilities and do not imply any endorsement. Deliverables produced for clients are governed by the applicable services agreement.
